We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your items.

- Returns & Exchanges are available only on Prepaid Orders.

-  If you wish to return an item, you have 5 days from the date of receiving it to initiate the return process. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.

- In case of exchange on COD orders customer has to self-ship to the origin or has to pay for it.

- Reverse pickup charges - 100rs

Please Note: After receiving if not liked by customers and want to exchange or return, they have to return it from their side. In this case, a re-pick service will not be provided.
